At Paris Texas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn footwear and accessories provided they are returned in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
